The newly built  hotel which was opened early last year, would now be part of the Avalon International group which already holds a portfolio of luxury hotels including Protea hotel, Ikeja; Protea, Victoria Island, Lagos, and now Radisson Blu,Ikeja.

Avalon’s Director of Legal Services, Oliatan Salaudeen who announced the change Friday,January 12, said ,the 155-room Radisson Bu Hotel Lagos offers a choice of contemporary deluxe and executive rooms and a range of ultra-stylish 1,2,and 3 bedroom suites”. He expressed confidence in the Radisson Blu brand which is part of the global Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group.

Renaissance Hotel is part of the rival global Marriot Hotels Group.
